This privacy policy explains how H2O Mile ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website, mobile app, and delivery services in South Africa. It should be read with our Terms and conditions.

- Account data: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and profile details you provide.
- Order and payment data: order history, delivery details, and payment references processed via Paystack (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Partner data: business details, documents, bank details for payouts, and vehicle information for suppliers and drivers.
- Technical data: device type, app logs, and analytics needed to operate and secure the Platform.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, assign deliveries, verify suppliers and drivers, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We may send service messages about your orders; you can contact us to opt out of non-essential marketing where applicable.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service: for example, suppliers and drivers see what is required to fulfil an order; payment processing is handled by Paystack; hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use cookies and local storage for basic functionality and to remember preferences. The mobile app uses device storage and identifiers required for sign-in and notifications. You can control browser cookies through your browser settings.
5. Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data; no system is completely secure.
6. Your rights
